The ADSP-CM407F is mixed-signal control processor integrates dual precision 16 bit ADCs and an ARMĀ® Cortex-M4TM processor core with floating-point unit. The ADSP-CM402F is operating at frequencies up to 240 MHz and integrating up to 384KB of SRAM memory, up to 2M byte of flash memory, accelerators and peripherals optimized for photo-voltaic (PV) inverter control, motor control and other embedded control applications.
