Brisbane Exhibition and Convention Centre

The Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre boutique expansion on Grey Street, established BCEC as Australia's most flexible meetings and events venue. The five level, 25,000 square metre expansion was designed specifically for small and medium sized conferences and events offering a unique collection of boutique event spaces. The Centre wanted all its facilities under the one roof offering the best of the best of in-house Audio Visual Production Services Team that could cater for events such as the G20 Summit.

BCEC wanted all major rooms to feature operator stations equipped with production-standard audio and lighting consoles. At each of these stations, AMX touchscreens and controllers unify control over a range of vital systems bringing them all within easy reach. AMX systems offer configurable control in the break-out rooms that are arranged in pods of three and can be set as individual rooms or as versatile combined spaces. State of the art DSP systems provide the audio management necessary to configure the fibre-linked racks for many kinds of functions.
