Description

Challenge

  1. In 2021, ByteDance will carry out inspections on the restaurant information release system in all offce areas.
  2. The client needed to synchronize the audio and video of all TVs in offce common areas across the country to ensure a consistent viewing experience that could be managed, monitored and controlled uniformly.
  3. Internet companies attach great importance to the security and stability of IP equipment, and products must meet enterprise-level security standards.

How Aurora's Solution Enhances the Project Scope

  1. Aurora fully meets customer needs. Through ultra-low power consumption VLX series transceivers, it can be deployed on a large scale using existing IT infrastructure.
  2. Moreover, the VLX series transceivers can be easily expanded to form a large system without deploying additional servers. They are integrated with customized software systems through open APIs to facilitate unied management by users.
  3. This problem can be easily solved through the Aurora AV Over IP system.

Results

ByteDance's collaboration with Aurora has been highly successful, meeting rigorous requirements for security, stability, and performance. The system operates 24/7 with zero failures, ensuring reliable audio and video synchronization across offce areas, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
