Now, installations are faster and easier with only one strand of single-mode fiber required from the IFP Connect 8-port fiber network switch along with stranded 18-2 (for power) from the IFP Connect 12V DC power supply, which is located with the network switch at the system head-end.

With the 4-port transceiver, when combined with our 8-port fiber switch, you can deliver 32 RJ-45 network drops in 41% less space than using a standard category-based network.
