Transmitter is applicable in security and surveillance, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), video transports for city police monitoring networks, audio banks and access control. It utilizes CWDM technology and can manage up to 8 independent standard ITU wavelengths. Each of these wavelengths can transmit 8 real-time video signals over a distance of up to approximately 100km. In addition to transporting real-time video signals, the system can also support supplemental data signals for camera PTZ and access control requirements.
