United Community Bank opened a new $65 million corporate headquarters in downtown Greenville, South Carolina. Designed to meet the WELL Building Standard, the seven-story, 118,000-square-foot building features health-oriented elements including open and light-filled spaces, advanced air and water filtration systems, and building materials to provide efficiency and thermal comfort.
