The bottom of the pad is fitted with an anti-skid slip-not dot fabric to help keep the camera from shifting on your shoulder. The pad will easily attach to any rod support system regardless of size or spacing by placing the rods on top of the shoulder pad and then secured with the slip-not and Velcro in the center.
