SCP'S Low Skew UTP cable is a cost effective alternative to Coax for RGB video applications. SCP Low Skew UTP cables are specifically designed and constructed for the Digital Signage, Digital CCTV camera applications, and in-studio video monitoring.

Application:
Designed to send RGB video and Digital CCTV camera signals over twisted pair cables. While similar in construction to networking Category UTP cables, the design of the SCP Low Skew cables have a different pair twist that is necessary for streaming high-quality video. The Low Skew UTP cables have a consistent pair lay with a maximum time delay differential of 2 nanoseconds (per 100m) between any two pairs. This minimizes pair skew (or delay) and allows for the Red, Green, and Blue video signals to remain in sync, ensuring optimal picture quality and reliable video distribution. This cable can be terminated with RJ45 connectors. The SCP Low Skew UTP cables do not support TIA/EIA 568.C.2 type applications.
