May 30, 2024 - Today is the last day at Draper for Jeff Miller, our Director of Architectural Shading Solutions. After a very successful 25 years with us he’s decided to retire.

Many of you have probably worked with him at some time or another. He has been a key part of the Draper success story for many years and our team will miss working with him. Please help us wish Jeff well on this new chapter!

Here’s what Jeff had to say:

“It is with bittersweet emotions that I write to tell you all my last day with Draper will be May 30. The last 25 years have been the highlight of my professional career. I can tell you they have flown by. It seems only yesterday that Draper gave me this opportunity and put their confidence in a guy who bounced from job to job so much. It’s been a great ride. I’d like to personally thank the Draper leadership, my fellow coworkers, suppliers, and partners, all I can call friends. I’d also like to wish the Draper team nothing but the best in future endeavors and I hope to see the growth continue. Here’s to another 120+ years!”

With Jeff’s retirement we’ve reorganized our sales leadership structure.

Director of Architectural Shading Solutions

Chuck Raible joined Draper in September of 2022 and has been a Regional Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic. Chuck has 28 years of experience in the shading solutions industry, with management roles in customer service, training, and sales. He is looking forward to applying that experience to his new strategic role at Draper.

Interior Shading Product Manager

Chad Tabor recently moved from his previous role as Architectural Shading Sales Manager to the Interior Shading Product Manager. With Chad’s 25 years at Draper, we are confident that he will excel in this new role!

Shade Sales Consultant Supervisor

Shane Taylor recently accepted the Shade Sales Consultant Supervisor role. He has previously worked as a Shade Sales Consultant and with seven years of experience, he will offer strong leadership for our consultant team!
