The Blackbird 5K Multichannel DSP Amplifier was developed for a wide range of professional applications. Engineered from the ground up, the Blackbird 5K is a complete departure from conventional amplifier design. The Blackbird 5K offers four channels of highly efficient Class D amplification with two independent Switch Mode Power Supplies. The inclusion of high grade DSP for all channels provides an array of audio processing possibilities, allowing users to configure the Blackbird 5K to their exact requirements. The DSP is accessed via Podware user software allowing realtime control and performance monitoring of each amplifier channel. Built in data logging also allows post event checking of system performance with up to 92 hours of performance history. Packaged in a 2RU 19" rack mount chassis and weighing only 9kg, the Blackbird 5K is the ideal choice for portable and touring applications. But of course the Blackbird 5K is equally at home in any installed application that benefits from a high quality multichannel amplifier with DSP and networking facilities including Concert Halls, Performance Theatres, Houses of Worship or Dance Club systems.
