Completely Manufactured in Italy, the FBT ProMaxx 12a two-way biamplified speaker features a 1x12" LF neodymium magnet woofer with a aluminum die-cast frame and 3 " voice coil, custom made for FBT by B&C speakers and a 1.4" B&C neodymium magnet HF Driver coupled to a 90°H x 60°V constant directivity horn. Thanks to the cabinets asymmetrical shape, it can also be used as a powered floor monitor with 12°, 40° and 55° angles. The ProMaxX 12a features the following performance criteria: Frequency Response:48Hz-20kHz,Max. SPL:133dB,biamped operation: internal 600wRMS Class D LF Amp, 300w RMS Class D HF Amp with switch mode power supplies. A digital signal processor provides Eight EQ presets. The control panel features: balanced XLR in/ signal thru link out, Volume control, 8 EQ presets, HP filter and ground lift switches, limiter/ protection and peak LED indicators. All ProMaxx Series 2 way speakers have a new cabinet design with 4 reflex ports to increase low frequency SPL. Two M-10 flypoints along with the optional FBT Box 128 mount, allow the ProMaxx 12a to be surface mounted on walls/ceilings. A speaker stand socket provides for mounting on a standard speaker stand.
