PureLink Introduces 3 New Video over IP Options - Additional Hardware Complements Control Software for Simple & Comprehensive IP Video Solution

PureLink, a leading provider of digital connectivity solutions to  audio/video and IT markets worldwide, introduced today two new transmitters and a new receiver to their PureStream line of modular IP Video extenders, now providing DVI and VGA connectivity. The VIP-200 series extends HD video, audio, USB/KVM, RS232 and matrix switching capabilities to IP networks for distances up to 590 feet, using PureLink’s proprietary codec, PureStreamX, featuring ultra-low latency.

PureLink has expanded their hardware line up with these new products, offering HDMI, DVI and VGA encoder and decoder modules that can be utilized for point to point, point-to-many, many to point, and matrix connectivity. The VIP-200, along with their revolutionary VPX Control Management Software, offers multi-format hardware options and an intuitive web based UI application that combine for a powerful and easy to install IP Video distribution management system.

“The VIP-200 is truly four products in one," stated Keith Frey, PureLink's Sr. Product Manager. "It provides extension, distribution, switching and matrix routing IP video capabilities in one total solution," he continued. "It is the simplest IP Video product on the market to setup and operate," stated Frey. "The VIP-200 IP video line was created to be the most scalable and flexible KVM solution ever, where systems can be designed to exact requirements and additional transmitters and receivers can be added when required,” he added.

PureLink has been conducting a series of webinars during the month of September regarding the optimal use and operation of its VIP solutions, along with the setup and operation of the corresponding VPX IP Video Management Software. There are two more sessions scheduled this month for this informative webinar, at 2pm EST on Monday 9/19/16 and Wednesday 9/21/16 at 10am EST. The company is planning further webinar sessions on this and other PureStream product offerings in October as well. For more information on these webinars go to www.purelinkav.com.
