Spectrum Industries, Inc. Achieves ISO 9001:2000 Certification
Quality Management System Brings Wisconsin Manufacturing Firm to a New Level of Excellence
October 21, 2008 – Chippewa Falls, Wisc.—Spectrum Industries Incorporated is pleased to announce today that they have been approved for ISO 9001:2000 Certification by Det Norske Veritas Certification Inc. (DNV), an accredited registrar for the International Organization for Standardization.

Achieving ISO 9001:2000 certification further demonstrates Spectrum’s “focus on the customer” as it is a significant commitment to quality through the strict adherence to well defined processes which conform to ISO 9001:2000 standards.
By implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS), Spectrum is continuously monitoring customer satisfaction levels and feedback. This ensures that Spectrum is performing consistently and satisfactory and it provides the earliest possible indication of changes in customer expectations.
