Product Info
The U444-06N-HV4K USB 3.1 Gen 1 USB-C to HDMI/VGA 4K Adapter (M/2xF) helps you transmit digital audio and video from your tablet, laptop, notebook, MacBook, Chromebook, smartphone or PC to a high-definition television, monitor or projector. It’s an ideal tool for giving video presentations in conference rooms and classrooms, editing multiple documents on a larger screen or streaming video for digital signage. With a source device that also supports USB DisplayPort Alternate Mode, you can extend video from your primary display to another, duplicate the same video on both displays or change the second display to your primary. The plug-and-play USB-C to HDMI adapter requires no software, drivers or external power. Connect the reversible USB-C plug to your source device’s USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port. The fumble-free USB-C plug connects in either direction to ensure fast, easy connection every time. Then, connect the HDMI port or the HD15 port to your HDMI or VGA display using a compatible cable (sold separately). The U444-06N-HV4K meets HDCP 1.4 specifications. It supports HDMI video resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 (4K x 2K) at 30 Hz and VGA video resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 (including 1080p) at 60 Hz. It also supports 36-bit Deep Color (12 bits per channel) and 300 MHz/3 Gbps per channel bandwidth (9 Gbps total). The HDMI port delivers rich 7.1-channel surround sound.
