The BG-USB-LR100 is a USB 2.0 extender. This unit allows USB devices to be extended at distances up to 100 meters (328 feet) over a single category cable with transfer speeds up to 480Mb/s.
Power either unit (transmitter or receiver) with the 12V/1A locking power adapter and the power over cable function provides power to the second unit, eliminating the need for an additional power supply.
The transmitter connects to the computer while the receiver connects to USB peripheral devices like printers and storage devices. The receiver features a 2-port USB hub to allow connection for multiple devices.
