The Quad L-ite2 satellite and centre channel all use drive units derived directly from the L-series models. The bass cones are made from woven KEVLAR for strength and speed, mounted on a curved leg cast-alloy chassis and a high tension spider for tight control of movement. The 25mm soft dome tweeter has a high excursion for improved dynamic response, being driven with an in-house designed and manufactured 'rare-earth' magnet assembly.
