WyreStorm EXP-HDMI-SURGE is an in-line device that protects any connected HDMI equipment from damage caused by electro-static discharge and surges and spikes from mains or lightning strikes.
The EXP-HDMI-SURGE is specially designed for an HDMI interface, such as HDPVR, HDMI Home Theatre Applications, HDMI distribution via splitters and matrix switchers, LCD/LED/Plasma displays and HD Projectors and can withstand up to and including 8KV of voltage surge.
The EXP-HDMI-SURGE acts as the final line of defence against damaging voltage spikes that jeopardizes your HDMI devices to help ensure the integrity of your HDMI installation.
